Not much is known about Reginald's early life, but he might've married Snotty Boy's mother and become a clown at one point in his life.
Personality
Reginald wants Snotty Boy to follow in his footsteps, but Snotty doesn't want to be a clown and usually dissrepects him because of it. Despite being ridiculed by his son, Reginald still loves him and hopes that one day he'll follow in his footsteps.
