Otis vs. Bigfoot is an episode from Back at the Barnyard from Season 1.
Synopsis[]
A report at Mrs. Beady's house states that Bigfoot is sighted in the woods. Otis and the gang are outside Mrs. Beady's window. Otis's friends think Bigfoot is going to eat them, but Otis tells that Bigfoot only eats Abby and he will protect Abby from Bigfoot. Abby tells Otis she can take care of herself, but Otis thinks she doesn't need to and he will capture Bigfoot. Otis and his friends are about to go to the woods until Mrs. Beady sees them and screams. Mrs. Beady, however, is going to capture Bigfoot and prove she is not crazy.
Otis and his friends are in the woods tracking Bigfoot until they do, leaving Abby in the process. Bigfoot comes behind Abby and Abby slowly turns around and sees Bigfoot and screams. Otis and his friends try to save her from Bigfoot, only to find her playing on a log seesaw with Bigfoot. Abby tells Otis that Bigfoot is nice and friendly. Otis tries to tell her he is vicious, but Abby tells him to let Bigfoot stay at the Barnyard because the humans are about to capture him. His friends agree with Abby and beg Otis to let Bigfoot stay with them and says he has no choice. Otis tells Bigfoot he is watching him and Bigfoot hugs him.
At the barnyard, everyone enjoys having Bigfoot except Otis who's still suspicious of Bigfoot. Otis' friends think he's jealous of Abby and Bigfoot which he denies. Otis vows to destroy Bigfoot.
Meanwhile, Officer Fred sees Mrs. Beady who tells her to get out of the woods. Mrs. Beady says she is out on Bigfoot's trail and tells Officer Fred to follow her.
Back at the barnyard, Otis is still suspicious of Bigfoot until he hears Pig screaming in the kitchen. He rushes but much to his dismay, Bigfoot is showing Pig how to cook saffron risotto. Otis tries to show Pig the radioactive microwave, but it blows up in his face as Pig was trying to warn him. Later, Otis still hears Bigfoot's rampage as he is throwing stuff out to redecorate Freddy and Peck's stall. Otis runs and slips on the rug and falls through the window. Otis finds Abby and tells her to go somewhere until Bigfoot leaves. But Abby tells him that she and Bigfoot are going on a picnic. Otis' friends make fun of him for being jealous of Bigfoot and Abby. Otis leaves to "save" Abby from Bigfoot.
Abby and Bigfoot are on a boat ride. Otis spots them and are about to kiss. Abby and Bigfoot stop and Abby tells Bigfoot there's someone else like Otis that Abby likes a lot and Bigfoot becomes sad. Otis then comes and attacks Bigfoot. Abby tries to tell Otis that Bigfoot is not going to eat them. But Otis still doesn't trust Bigfoot and tries to attack but Bigfoot doesn't move and thinks he's playing. At the bush, Officer Fred and Mrs. Beady spots them and Mrs. Beady throws a tranquilizer dart at Bigfoot thinking Otis will be shot and saves him but ends up being shot and faints. Otis all along thought Bigfoot was out to get them but realizes he wasn't. Otis and Abby take Bigfoot to the barnyard while Mrs. Beady realizes he's in for the animals and follows them to the barnyard.
When they bring Bigfoot back at the barn, Otis realizes that Bigfoot risked his life to save him and apologizes. Bigfoot accepts his apology and thinks he was just jealous which Otis again denies. Unfortunately, Mrs. Beady and the police and the news are outside the barn calling Bigfoot to arrest him. Abby tells Otis to do something to not let Bigfoot be captured. Bigfoot shreds his fur which gets Otis an idea to dress up as Bigfoot. Mrs. Beady announces she found Bigfoot and tries to prove she is not crazy. Then, Otis comes out and Officer Fred shoots him with a dart. Officer Fred takes a closer look and realizes Otis isn't the real Bigfoot and the news are shocked announcing someone putted fur on Otis to make him look like Bigfoot. Then the news and the police arrest Mrs. Beady for Bigfoot fraud. Mrs. Beady runs realizing she's outsmarted again and becomes shot by Officer Fred. Abby tells Bigfoot that Otis' plan worked and he is saved and they cheer.
The next day, Otis again apologizes to Bigfoot for misjudging him and tells he is welcome to stay at the barnyard as long as he wants. Abby tells Otis that as long as Bigfoot stays, he'll be endangered to them. Otis' friends become sad and are about to miss him and he hugs them before flying. Then, everyone says goodbye to him. The end.

- When Bigfoot flies away, it is an obvious parody of the Superman films. The song playing while he flies is an obvious parody of the theme song to the Japanese film monster Gamera.
